The Free Bird
A twist on the tiki classic Jungle Bird, our Free Bird uses bourbon instead of rum. The pineapple juice adds a touch of frothiness to this refreshing, fruity cocktail.
1.5 oz Bourbon
1.5 tbsp Aperol
2.5 tsp Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Industry Juice Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Industry Juice Lime Juice
Fill a mixing glass three-quarters with ice, and add all of the ingredients.
Shake until chilled for about 30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice cubes or one large piece of ice.
